您好！

為貫徹落實習近平總書記的“三最”、部署黃河流域生態(tài)保護和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的指示精神，推動國家二次青藏科考、青海省“一優(yōu)兩高”戰(zhàn)略的實施，總結(jié)青海省人民政府-北京師范大學(xué)高原科學(xué)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究院（以下簡稱“高科院”）的各項工作進展，進一步完善高科院理事會履行職能的機制。同時，繼續(xù)打造好高原科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)交流與合作的窗口與平臺，高科院定于2020年7月16日-7月22日，在青海省西寧市召開高科院一屆二次理事會、第二屆高原科學(xué)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展高層論壇（包括主論壇及7個專題分論壇），我們誠摯邀請您屆時撥冗出席，支持高原科學(xué)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究事業(yè)實現(xiàn)更好更快發(fā)展。

茲將會議有關(guān)事項通知如下：

一、高原科學(xué)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究院一屆二次理事會

Distinguished Council and committee members, leaders and experts from related fields:

In order to carry out the instruction spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "Three Most" Directive and “Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin”, and to implement the Second National Comprehensive Scientific Research on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Strategy of "One Excellent and Two High" in Qinghai Province, as well as to summarize the progresses of the Academy's work, further to improve and standardize the system for the Board to perform its functions, simultaneously to create a window and platform for academic exchanges and cooperation in Plateau Science, Academy of Plateau Science and Sustainability of The People's Government of Qinghai Province and Beijing Normal University (hereinafter referred to as the "Academy") scheduled to hold its Second session of the first Board Meeting and its Second High-Level Forum on Plateau Science and Sustainability (including the Main Forum and seven High-Level Forums) in Xining, Qinghai Province, on July 16, 2020. We sincerely invite you to spare some time for the Meeting and the Forum to support the Plateau Science and Sustainability Research to achieve better and faster development.
